How do I place an order?
To order, select any product you like from the list of available products and click “Add to Cart” or “1-Click order” You may continue shopping or go to the cart to place the order.
What size should I specify in my purchase order?
We make all sizes. You can enter your estimated dimensions in our table. After placing the order, our manager will call you to discuss personalization and specific sizes.
What methods are used to communicate about order details?
We can contact you via Email, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. You may indicate your preferred method of communication when placing your order.
Which data will be needed?
In order to make your custom sizes, we require the dimensions of the pillow, blanket, and mattress in inches or centimeters. You can find this type of information on the product labels.
How can I determine whether the order is generated correctly by the manager?
After clarification of all the details, our manager will send an invoice with your preferences for your final approval. When everything is right, you can proceed to the next step.
How can I update my information?

What kind of designs do you offer?
At our Atelier store you can choose the following designs; classic set, set with lugs (Oxford borders), with edging, with inlays, with colored lugs, with edging inside, embroidery on the objects, and/or embroidered on the perimeter.
How does a set with lugs look different than a classical set?
In a kit with lugs (Oxford borders), around the head covers and the duvet cover, extra fabric hangs down by 5 cm on all sides.
Which color of edging, inserts, lugs, and embroidery can I pick?
We offer a large range of colors. At checkout you can select the design you like. Our manager will offer you color options for your set when confirming the details.
How do I select the embroidery?
While talking to the manager you will tell that you want to have a personal embroidery on the set. Our manager will offer you a portfolio with variants. You will be able to choose what you like and we will develop the design according to your wishes.
What items can be ordered individually?
You can order any item individually and in any size. Please contact us in the most convenient way, and our manager will help you to place your order correctly.
While placing your order with our manager, you may choose the necessary number of items in the bedroom set, color of decorative elements, color of thread for set or embroidery, and personalized letters for initials or monograms.
What fabrics do you use?
We use only environmentally friendly natural materials, 100% long-staple cotton of high density 400-500TC and 100% Tencel, eucalyptus fiber.
How do I pay for my order?
The payment is made after you place an online order, and our manager has gotten in touch with you and confirmed all the necessary details (color of the set, design, your dimensions, delivery terms, taxes and duties) of your order.
