It is of the utmost importance that our products completely meet your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a complete refund.

As part of our efforts to ensure your satisfaction, we employ professional technologists and seamstresses. This is just one of the many steps we take to ensure that your MariaG Home bedding is what you expect it to be.

If the client discovers signs of any manufacturing defect on the bed linen, regardless of the date of purchase and the presence or absence of a sales receipt, we will promptly replace the linen or eliminate the causes of the defect. You will not need to go to our office, you will not need to wait for an examination to return the product. If you find a defect or size mismatch, please send us a photo by e-mail for a preliminary understanding of the problem (please not that all of our linen is tailored with 3-8 cm of fabric for shrinkage. Our courier will arrive at a convenient address for you at a time convenient for you, and we will resolve your issue within 1-2 days;

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 14-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging, and we will refund your total amount.

Customers: You have 3 options when making a return:

Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned after 14 days from delivery

Exchange: MariaG Home will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

How do I return my product?

MariaG Home will cover the cost of shipping (items are returned via DHL).

  • We will provide you with a DHL label, and you can simply drop it off at any DHL location. Once the tracking shows it is in their possession, we will process the refund.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?

  • We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We’re only able to ship within the continental USA. For international delivery, please write to Help@mariaghome.com
